Using appropriate technology, with the support from corporates and universities, provide our partner schools with a better learning environment for diversified self-learners (including SEN students), to revitalize the low-utilized school library, and to reinvent the library as an inclusive as well as effective learning space for the 21st century.
The objectives are threefold:
1) Enhancing the school capacity, including their teachers and additional teachers (e.g. teacher-librarian) to adopting new technology for facilitating students’ self-access learning activities.
2) Reinventing the standardised school libraries suitable for diversified learner including SEN.
3) Disseminating the good practices and improvement recommendations from this programme, encouraging other schools to make change with their resource in hand, advocating for our policy recommendations.
